There I was at 3 am, staring at the ceiling, listening to my husband breathing deeply.
My anxious mind was racing and I was wide awake, again.
It had been months like that, stuck in the seemingly never-ending burnout cycle.
It was taking a toll on my health, my relationships, and my ability to concentrate and focus on my patients.
I needed out so I started seeking.
