When youβre stuck in the awful cycle of stress, anxiety, restless sleeps (or straight up insomnia), fatigue, exhaustion, and irritability it can feel impossible to break out of that loop.
If youβre one of these anxious insomniacs, it IS possible to shed the perpetual misery and come out on the other side with joy and energy as your default.
I know this because I work with clients all the time who swiftly and successfully go from anxious insomniac to Vibrant Energineer, literally engineering their own energy and joy at will.
Cool, right? These definitions are pretty but theyβre not functional. Language leaves clues and there is another way of connoting this.
What if we split it up and turned it into a transitive verb?
to force your way through something that is stopping you from moving forward
to successfully deal with something that is stopping you making progress
Remember those ads for a certain brightly, coloured, sugary drink? Maybe this GIF will help ring a bell or two.
It kinda says it all, doesnβt it?
To me, to break through something you need to do something new or different to get to the other side of something (typically a problem like anxiety that you want to overcome).
The main part of that sentence is the word DO.
Doing Is Very Active.
Itβs A Process That You Engage In.
Itβs not something that you hope happens to you. You donβt sit there with your fingers crossed hoping youβll breakthrough your struggles.
Expecting that to work is like trying to bake a cake with out turning on the oven.
Itβs something for which you show up and take responsibility. Itβs something that you commit to, actively, every day, taking new actions that match what youβre wanting to leave behind and where youβre wanting to be.
Going back to that old school beverage ad, the red jug is very active as it breaks through that brick wall.
Thatβs exactly how to breakthrough your stuckness.
You must be very active and take new actions. Then you can come out on the other side and say, βOh yeah.β π
You're not the first to think or say that sometimes taking new actions is hard. Most of my clients find that especially true because of how old, unconscious patterns are keeping them programmed to stay stuck. You know that routine: one step forward, and three or more steps back.
Thankfully, my clients learn quickly that new patterns are possible, so you can get on with the wellness, and good life you're wanting.
You are trying to get to a spot where youβve heard there is some treasure buried. You set out on your adventure but the problem is youβve got the wrong map, only you donβt know it!
Itβs out of date, and doesnβt apply anymore.
So you keep walking around in circles as you get more and more stressed, watching your limited supply of chocolate-covered granola bars and the daylight dwindle.
Yeah⦠But What Do We Actually Do?
Using very specific language, I'll communicate directly with your unconscious mind β where all learning, change, and healing happens.
I'll ask you very good questions. Probably ones you've never been asked. Ones that cut right to the core of it all.
I'll facilitate your unconscious mind to recode your past experiences. If that's okay with you, of course.
I'll guide you to safely, gently, effectively, easily, and effortlessly clear and release everything from your past that is keeping you stuck in your current patterns of stress, anxiety, fatigue, irritability, and overwhelm.
I'll coach you to (re)establish healthy connections to positive experiences, in your past, present and future.
I'll lead you to create a guiding set of values, a purpose statement, and achievable goals, so you know where youβre going and youβll believe that you can get there.

You breathe. Close your eyes. Pay attention to your heart. Listen to my words. Let the experience guide you, using simple imaginative techniques, that any one can do.
You easily and effortlessly release all of the unconscious and neurological blocks that were keeping you stuck in old patterns without your awareness.
You lift your eyebrows when I ask you, "Now, where is the emotion?" And you chuckle with surprise when you say, "It's gone."
You feel the relief that comes with this change. You predict new ways of being in hard situations and are delighted when you experience them from a place of strength, power and peace.
You realize you're suddenly and magical ready to make changes, with ease and grace. Changes you've been wanting for many planetary rotations.
You take new actions, aligned to your desires. You get back in the driver's seat of your own life.
You have a NEW MAP that shows you how to be in this world, in this body. With your new map you take new actions (you DO differently) that lead you right to the gold. You finally track down that booty.
And by booty I mean the buried treasure of joy, energy, vitality, and life-satisfaction. πAnd also... commonly a new body that matches your new internal conditions.
