This is question I've been asking myself since becoming licensed as a Naturopathic Doctor in 2007. And I've finally cracked the nut 🥜.

Simply, you just need to change how your brain is wired. Easy, right? 😆

I used to think this was nearly impossible... but now I know this type of change is not only possible, plausible, and also very doable... in a relatively short amount of time.

I work with people who are stressed, anxious, restless, not sleeping, tired, exhausted, and irritable. They are often overwhelmed and underwhelmed.. miraculously simultaneously.

They are often stuck in what I call the Insomnia or Burnout Cycle.

Sliding scale: $3700 or

Payment plan: 3 monthly payments of $1395.

15-18 hours of contact time (10-15 of those hours happening with in the first 3 weeks)

daily touch points for 3 months
