Coconut Soul Podcast - A Journey To Self Love

As a woman, I understand how hard it is to put yourself first without feeling as if you’ve compromised the needs of the people you love.  

You? 🙋‍♀️

I remember that time when I was struggling with my weight. Loss. Gain. Loss. Gain... Nope... No gain. It was a loss journey. 

If I'm being honest, I'll admit that part of me wanted my weight release experience to be solely biochemical or physical - put in the right foods in the right amounts and do the right amount of movement at the right time... and boom! Bodies should release the extra weight, right? 

And... what if someone is doing all the right things... and their bodies are still holding on to weight?

I know many women are facing the same battle.

My story is an interesting one because my body was doing just that until I neurologically removed the stress and trauma out of my body using neurolinguistic programming (aka rewiring the unconscious mind).

Thus, I was genuinely excited when Dominique Favreau, aka Nikky, a self-love advocate, wanted to interview me for the Coconut Soul Podcast. During our conversation, I got to focus on the power of self-reflection and self-love in finding fulfillment and connection, by starting with ourselves.

LITERALLY the process I mentioned above is the same process that I take my clients through which helps to take their systems out of stress mode and helps to put their bodies back in to healing mode.

💗🧠💫Facilitating these transformations is what I live for.

There are three main steps to the process

  1. Clearing the painful imprint of any past emotions, traumatizing or significant emotional events, and limiting decisions and beliefs.

  2. Reconnecting to the good in the past so that you can feel good in the here and now.

  3. Focusing on what you're wanting in the future and taking consistent action towards those goals, so that you can be who you want to be, do what you want to do, and have what you want to have.
