I think, as current Tonia, that these lessons stand the test of time! Let's revisit them.
1. Go outside
It's essential for physical health—forest bathing studies show it lowers blood pressure and chronic disease risks. My friend and naturopathic colleague, Dr. Cyndi Gilbert, writes about this in her book: FOREST BATHING
2. You never need an excuse to play
Where are you holding yourself back? Where can you invite more levity into your life? Spontaneity? Play? Fun?
3. Always try things
What's stopping you? Fear of failure or success? Regardless of whether you start or not, you’re still getting older every day. So…. isn’t now the best time to start? What have you always wanted to try? Now seems like the perfect time, doesn’t it?
Just like I'm trying this retro-sode today. Frankly, I loved it and will do it again.
