What if your thoughts were kinder?

Kinder. Stronger. Resourceful. Resilient.

What if your thoughts were kinder? What would they say?

Mine? Woof.

Woof. 4 years ago, the idea of a sweet thought was sour. I didn’t… couldn’t be considerate, patient, gentle…

Not with myself. Not with my precious people who were tip toeing around me on shattered hearts.

The truth is I was lost, far from myself. And I was losing the people and things that mattered most to me: my health and my relationships.

The strangest thing was, all I wanted to do was connect.

And because of the compounding cycle of restless nights, daytime exhaustion, and tanked stress tolerance…

I didn’t have any reserves left to engage with the people I cared about in a meaningful way.

Thankfully for them and me, I sought and studied until I found a solution.

It’s simple. Swift. Sustainable.

Now I wake rested, excited to start the day.

✅My habits are different. Better. Incredibly consistent.

🧠My thoughts are different. Kinder. Stronger. Resourceful. Resilient.

💗My feelings are different. Happier. Easier. Gentler.

💪My body is different. Leaner. Calmer. More vitalized.

🤝My relationships are different. More supportive. Connected. Deeper. Dreamy.

Importantly the process I discovered showed me how to smile again. And I can show you too.

This doesn’t require medications or talk therapy, or even dreadful meditation sessions where your mind is supposed to be quiet but is flying all over the place, bouncing from task to task like a wild squirrel being chased by a dog. It’s hardly relaxing.

What you can relax into is the process I take my clients through. It’s called a Brain-Based Breakthrough and I know first hand how effective it is because I’ve been through it three times as a client. I’m a transformation coach walking my talk.

My fellow heart-lead human, I’m a few steps ahead of you on this journey.

I know the willingness to change and focus that’s required and I know what obstacles you’re facing on this side of your transformation. Because I.have.been.there.
