What Nature Can Teach Us About Overcoming Anxiety

What we see in Nature is an ACUTE FIGHT or FLIGHT response.

Can nature teach us anything about overcoming our anxiety. Oh yes it can.

Our stress response is perfectly designed to keep us safe from acute danger.

Where it falls short is when our stress is chronic and our sympathetic nervous systems stay ramped up and elevated 24/7.

This is implicated in most (if not all) chronic, degenerative diseases. Ick.

So what do we do about this?
