There are times in my life when I have been flat out burnout...or approaching there at a rapid rate. And often there is a message that I need to remember. I say remember because it's something I've learned more than once.
I was knocked doooooooown by Covid. Wow. Did it ever hit me hard. After a conversation with my coach I realized that there was purpose to it all. Discovering this about myself caused me to generate a helpful list that I could refer back and practice so I wouldn't find myself in that same spot again.
The special type of rest that we all need. And No... it's not sleep.
