Increasing Value In Your Life By Changing Your Habits

“It's like why haven't I been doing these good things for so long?” - JT Coaching Client

You know when you have those results that surprise and delight you?

Those times when you stop for a moment and realize that things are turning out better than expected.

Say you prepare a new 3 course meal from your favorite foodie for a dinner party. And through the harrowing challenges of getting the ingredients weighed just right, coordinating the timing of what's coming in and out of the oven and having the table elegantly set just so...

...You totally nail it and your guests love it.

There's value there and everyone around the table knows it as they lean back in their chairs, belts shamelessly undone, satisfied and transformed.


And I'm noticing something similar with my coaching clients.

They are getting tremendous results. Incredible value. Powerful transforming is happening. Satisfaction increasing. Health, lives and relationships changing. For. The. Better.

They are doing things they haven't been able to do in years:

  • Overcoming phobias

  • Changing habits

  • Quitting vices

  • Enjoying a single delicious cookie with intention instead of crushing through the whole bag on autopilot, and being weighed down (literally) by the guilt of it

  • Walking 10 blocks without pain

  • Managing all the people they care for with ease and joy

  • Mending life-long strained relationships

  • Having hard conversations and staying calm and cool

  • Finding compassion and curiosity for themselves and even those around them who have been hard to love in the past
