“If you want new results in your life, neurologically it's better to focus on the move towards.” - Dr. Tonia Winchester, ND, NLP
Recently visiting family I was in a different room and overheard them talking, and the were talking about...
Family member number 1 said, "Wow! She's looking really good!"
And family member number 2 said, "Yeah she has worked really hard to get there and does work really hard to stay there."
Maybe it was the rebel in me, but immediately my gut response was, "No I haven't and no I don't!"
While others might look at my daily and weekly self-care and fitness routine and call it hard work, to me it's not work at all.
I mean yes, I'm doing physical work in the strict sense of using energy to displace matter... but I'm not working hard emotionally or physically.
I don’t have to convince myself it’s time to work out. Or eat in a way that nourishes me. Or get to bed on time. Or keep my body hydrated, or get enough active rest.
The reason I don't have to convince myself is because I have a really strong reason for being fit... and I describe in this podcast episode of Wonder With me:
There are two simple ways to work together.
We’ll spend 30 minutes helping you get very clear on what your goals are and if the mind-body healing techniques I offer will be helpful for you. If it’s a match I might invite you to enroll in a breakthrough and I’ll provide the easiest way to do that when we chat.
I very much look forward to connecting and in the meantime...
🧠💗💫May you choose to make all your dreams come true!
My clients are people stuck in their health or lives with burnout, insomnia , anxiety, or stress. After working with me they can calm their minds, sleep deeply, and find joy and energy again - all with out talk therapy or medications.
